- Providing clarifications and opinions on the Foreign Trade Policy & Procedures including various Export Promotion Schemes available therein.
- Advice regarding the suitable benefits available under the Foreign Trade Policy for Physical as well as Deemed Exports and providing guidance relating to the availment of those benefits including forms and documents to be filed with the Regional Licensing Authorities.
- Guiding and Helping in obtaining Advance Licenses, DEPB, DFRC, Deemed Export and other benefits available under the Policy.
- Guiding and Helping in obtaining EPCG Licenses for importing Capital Goods at concessional rate of 5% for the New Projects.
- Providing assistance in availment of other export benefits and liaison with Director General of Foreign Trade as well as Central Licensing Authorities.
